4.2Wagering Requirements

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bta88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live casino tables, or manipulate any aspect of the platform
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or platform feature to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by bta88

5.2Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
If bta88 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity listed in clause 5.1 or any other conduct that constitutes a breach of these Terms, bta88 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; cancel all pending bets and bonus offers; void and forfeit all winnings obtained through prohibited conduct; withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation; and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. bta88's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bta88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bta88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from any player's use of or inability to use the Services, even if bta88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
